Sophie was introduced to Pilates and Strength and Conditioning at a young age. Having completed her training at APPI Pilates, she enjoys using pilates and strength and conditioning to compliment an individuals physiotherapy treatment. Sophie is known for her personalized treatment plans, focusing on evidence-based techniques to ensure optimal recovery and long-term health. Whether working with athletes or individuals seeking to improve their overall fitness, her goal is to empower clients to take an active role in their health journey.

  • From a young age, I’ve been fascinated by the way the body works and how it can heal. My passion for helping people regain their strength and confidence after injuries led me to pursue physiotherapy, and I haven’t looked back since.

  • I love seeing the transformation — not just physical, but also emotional. Helping someone overcome pain and rediscover their ability to move freely is incredibly rewarding. It’s about more than recovery; it’s about empowerment.

  • Being a sports physiotherapist has taught me the importance of precision and personalized care. Whether I’m working with an athlete or a weekend warrior, I bring that same focus on recovery and performance to every treatment plan.

  • Recovery is a journey, not a race. Be patient with your body, trust the process, and know that every small step forward is progress toward your goal.
