Justine has 30 years of experience as a massage therapist in various spas and clinics abroad, interstate, and across Victoria.
Her career began at a VFL football club alongside a physiotherapist, and she has since continued to collaborate with physiotherapists, valuing the synergy between the two practices. Her clientele spans a wide age range, from 8 to 95 years old. Justine has cultivated a dedicated client base that values her meticulous attention to detail, her focus on achieving results, and her caring and intuitive approach.
Justine’s treatments are highly customised, and along with Remedial Massage, may also incorporate;
Acupressure
Myofascial release
Stretching and mobilising
Cupping and Trigger Point
Hot Stone and heat therapy
Sports Massage techniques
Whether it’s general muscle tension, stress relief, postural problems, pain, injury, post-surgery recovery, or maintaining peak sports performance, Justine believes that everyone can benefit from soft tissue release with Remedial Massage. She collaborates closely with the Physiotherapy team at Renew to provide her clients with a comprehensive range of options for achieving their recovery goals, maintaining wellness, and optimising sports performance.
Reflexology
Reflexology is an holistic therapy that focuses on stimulating specific reflex points on the hands and feet, corresponding to different body areas. Applying pressure to these points promotes deep relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being. It naturally enhances circulation, supports healing, and restores balance. Imagine an hour dedicated solely to your feet; it’s a comforting and nurturing experience.
Justine, who trained in the Ingham Method of Reflexology in 2008, has observed that clients burdened with stress and anxiety benefit greatly from reflexology, often feeling revitalised and less tense throughout their bodies. Justine offers reflexology as a therapeutic treatment for stress.

The atmosphere at Renew is friendly, inclusive, and welcoming, which I absolutely adore. The staff excel in their roles, always providing support and assistance, making me feel at ease and enjoy my time there. The highlight of my day is interacting with my regular clients, who frequently share their appreciation of Renew too.

Two of my favourite hobbies are gardening and birdwatching. I love to cultivate as many flowers as possible to attract birds and bees. It fills me with joy to see them visiting.
Whenever possible, I take binoculars on a nature walk to observe the surroundings. Walking slowly, quietly, and patiently is essential to see the wildlife. I find it's one of the best ways to recharge and de-stress.

In my early twenties, I used to dream of owning a health retreat, envisioning a sanctuary for the weary mind, body, and soul. After an introductory massage course, I found my calling and left my graphic design studies to pursue massage therapy. The ability to alleviate pain and improve someone's well-being brought me immense satisfaction.

I find the process of recovery from injuries fascinating. I am keenly interested in the latest advancements in pain science, particularly the biopsychosocial model of pain, and how it might provide my clients with a new outlook on their pain or discomfort. I stay informed about the latest tools that could aid my clients at home, ranging from specialized pillows to massage guns.
