  • I was inspired to pursue a career in physiotherapy after my extensive personal experience with some amazing physiotherapists as a young, injured dancer. They were able to help me through injuries and optimise my performance to help achieve my goals.

  • I specialise in treating dance related injuries, foot and ankle injuries and lower limb injuries.

  • Outside of work, I enjoy participating in regular exercise such as weight-based training, pilates, HIIT and yoga. I love testing new cooking recipes and trying out new restaurants in Melbourne. I also have a passion for reading and travel.

  • I’m motivated by the opportunity to help patients recover, improve their quality of life and achieve their goals. I really enjoy empowering my clients with knowledge to improve their overall health.
